We’re sanitizing all work surfaces and touch points every 45 minutes. We’re fortunate to work in an environment with ample space and have set protocols and roles per individual to maintain social distancing. We are wearing gloves and masks at all times to ensure a clean work regiment.

How do you work clean?


Can I customize or modify the packages?

We are working on more packages to suit different dietary restrictions. Keep an eye on our newsletter or instagram for new packages and items. For now, we are not able to modify packages.


Can I add items to my box?

Yes, you can add on or purchase individual items in the store.


I have a question. What is the best way to reach you?

The best way to reach us is via email at: info@ascari.ca. We will do our best to answer any phone calls that come in to the restaurant, but as we are working with a smaller team it may not always be possible to answer your call right away.


How can I let you know about my food allergies?

We are currently avoiding all major allergens to best accommodate our patrons. We are not substituting items at the moment but that will change as we grow this functionality. You can let us know of any food allergies when you place your order or you can email to ask before ordering and we will separate the items into different vessels. We will always do our best to accommodate where possible. Currently, all packages contain gluten. While we do not use nuts in any of our recipes we can never 100% guarantee that cross-contact has not occurred.


How can I ensure my pick-up or delivery is contactless?

We are happy to ensure your pick-up and delivery are as contact-free as possible. Please leave a note to let us know if you have specific hand-off requests. :)
