Delicate crepes filled with Treviso radicchio, gorgonzola dolce, toasted walnuts & softened onions topped with a fresh salad of radicchio Treviso, shallot vinaigrette and white anchovy
Second Course – Frattasi Caudium
CERVO BRASATO AL VINO ROSSO
Braised Ontario Venison with red wine, soffritto, tomato, sage, orange zest and cinnamon served over potato gnocchi with parsley root purée, Brussels sprouts leaves and orange gremolata
Third Course – Sweet
SFOGLIATELLE RICCE
Traditional Neapolitan Pastry, ricotta, orange peel

FALANGHINA TABURNO DOC
This is Pasquales classic Falanghina named Taburno rightfully after the Mountain on which it grows and the DOC. Grown on the extreme slopes of Taburno at approx. 500-600m in alititude. Stainless Steel and bottle deny any trickery on this beautiful bottle. Only 10,000 bottles produced.
AGLIANICO BENEVENTANO “CAUDIUM”
It is an Aglianico that is actually approachable and does not require 4-5 years of aging before attempt. Red fruit, slight spice, body, acidity, balance, it has it all. No brainer.
